Held 3 times a year generally on 1st Wednesday of the month, 7.00 – 9.30pm; Stirling Adriatic Centre. The president provides a short update to the members which is followed by a quilt related presentation.
Your first visit to a General Meeting…
There is an attendance book with a section for visitors to sign and non-members or sponsors are asked for a $5 donation. We don’t have a hostess desk at a general meeting so just introduce yourself to the closest person wearing a name badge. That person will usually offer to look after you or will find someone to be your “buddy” for the evening. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and some supper. We don’t have Show and Tell but many members bring their sewing to work on while listening to the president and the guest speaker.
